A spot of coffee in the morning is the daily necessity for most. I am no exception, however every now and then that 1 coffee in the morning hits me like a brick wall and sends my heart racing. I take that as a sign to give my body a break and I lay off the coffee for a few days. How the hell do I get through the day? ( Sometimes I don't know how either) Well below is a small concoction I make to assist me though the caffeine free days.
In a giant mug of your choice brew the below in 50% hot water, sit for 1 minute and then add your choice of milk.
- 1 tsp of Golden Gut by Supercharged Foods ( has turmeric in it and all things nice and you can use it it curries, smoothies and anything you want really).
- 1 tsp of cacao powder ( for energies)
- 1 tsp macca powder ( I use natures own)
- 1 tsp HTC oil ( for more energies)
This gives me a kick before my workout and the neccessary energy to get me through the day without flooding my adrenal glands.
